Torrox village is situated to the east of Malaga and within easy reach of the airport along the Autovia (motorway) between 47 & 50 kms.  Transfer time will take around 40 – 60 minutes depending on the actual location.

Torrox is a traditional Spanish village where the main Plaza has many cafes, bars and restaurants. The village is only a 10-minute bus/car journey to Torrox Costa where you will find a beautiful promenade and an extensive stretch of beach to sunbathe and swim plus countless eating establishments, bars and shops.

Many of the small winding streets in the village are not accessible to vehicles. However, there are many free parking facilities close-by within a few minutes walk.   Directions from Malaga Airport to the main village car park will be given and here you will be met and escorted to the house.  

The resort of Nerja is only 20 minutes away with its famous Burriana Beach and amazing underground caves.

There are lots of areas of countryside to explore if you enjoy walking. Also we can introduce you to our local Walking Company who allow people to join their guided walking groups and you will enjoy interesting locations and stunning views.   

The Spanish are very friendly and maintain their traditions and culture.  Throughout the year, many of the villages and towns host lively, colourful festivals and fiestas where everyone is invited to enjoy music, dancing, equine displays and local food and wine.
